Oh machang, I saw that news too while scrolling in Dubai. Basically, Alberto Fujimori was a former president who got convicted for human rights abuses and corruption, and now his daughter Keiko is trying to run for president again. People in Peru are angry because they think it's the same old political family trying to come back, and there are protests against her campaign. _(In plain English: I came across that news too. Fujimori was convicted for serious crimes, and now his daughter is running for president. Many Peruvians are protesting because they don't want that family back in power.)_

Oh machang, honestly I haven't been following Peru news much from here in Abu Dhabi, but I think what I heard is that Fujimori was a former president who did some controversial things, and now she wants to run again. People are protesting because they remember the past and don't want her back in power. Not sure about all the details though, you might want to check a proper news site. _(In plain English: Honestly, I haven't been following Peru news much from here in Abu Dhabi, but from what I've heard, Fujimori is a former president who was involved in controversial actions, and now she wants to run again.
