Job Description
One of our reputed clients in Qatar, a leading retail and lifestyle brand, is urgently hiring Saleswomen to join their store operations team. The ideal candidates should be energetic, customer-oriented, and passionate about sales and retail service excellence.
SALARY: QAR 1,300 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers and provide assistance in selecting products based on their preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the store’s products and promotions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through excellent customer service.
- Ensure merchandise displays are organized and visually appealing.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain sales records.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to company presentation standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, fashion, or cosmetics sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
- English proficiency required; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
- Gulf experience preferred.
