Supervisors – Pipe Welder (Oman)
Job Description
One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisors – Pipe Welder for their Pipe & Outfitting Department, to oversee welding operations and ensure high-quality fabrication of piping systems.
SALARY: OMR 263 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise pipe welding activities and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Assign tasks and guide welders to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Review technical drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures.
- Monitor and inspect welds for accuracy, safety, and compliance with standards.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers for smooth workflow.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and workspace in a safe and organized manner.
- Enforce safety practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pipe welding supervision.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques (arc, MIG, TIG) and piping systems.
- Ability to read and interpret welding procedures and technical drawings.
- Proven supervisory and leadership skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in industrial environments.
