Supervisors – Valve Mechanic (Oman)
Job Description
One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisors – Valve Mechanic for their Pipe & Outfitting Department, to oversee valve installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
SALARY: OMR 263 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise valve mechanics and coordinate valve installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Review technical drawings, work instructions, and project specifications.
- Ensure all valve work meets quality, safety, and project standards.
- Assign tasks to technicians and monitor workflow efficiency.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on installed or repaired valves.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in a safe and organized manner.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in valve mechanics supervision.
- Strong knowledge of different valve types, maintenance procedures, and testing methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Proven supervisory and team management skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in industrial environments.
